Jules Boutet a Rock Bottom Fitness Athlete, in his 8 month journey to enter in his 1st bodybuilding competition with the IDFA association on July 9th 2016. Jules had to trim down from 14% body fat to as low as 6% body fat 3 days prior to the show. Jules picked up a 3rd place in Bodybuilding novice class on a panel of 8 competitors with no weight class in the novice, competing against a variety of competitors with a difference in weight and height and… a 4th place in the men’s physique short class.
What a great achievement, this takes a tremendous amount of focus, persistence, dedication…… Hard work pays off !!
